To Use
Shake the pen before each use. Apply the 2-in-1 Lash Adhesive just as you would eyeliner. If you only want to use it as lash adhesive, simply do not create a winged effect and only apply a thin line where you will apply your lashes. If you would like to use it as eyeliner, apply it as you would liquid eyeliner. Apply lashes directly onto the line and press down. ALL DONE.
