Lash Extensions Services
ALL NEW CLIENTS: Select the "New Client" add on when booking (consulatation time). You may book a free patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment if you feel that you have an allergy to cyanoacrylate adhesives. LASH DEPOSIT: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book ALL appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service & the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment.
PAYMENT: Cash is preferred. There is a 3% transaction fee for debit/credit card payments. Apple Pay is accepted. Cash app/Venmo is not accepted.
LATE | RESCHEDULE | CANCELLATION | NO SHOW: After being 15 minutes late, you lose your deposit & your appointment will be canceled. If your appointment is canceled or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you "No call, no show" you will lose your deposit and be banned from booking in the future. You must notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule & have your deposit transferred to your next appointment.
FILL INS: You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions intact on both eyes for a fill in. Fill ins must be booked every 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, you will be charged for a full set. No foreign fills.
SERVICE POLICIES: No guests, pets, nor children are allowed during your appointment. There are no refunds, however, if you are not satisfied with your service, you have 48 hours to report an issue and it will be fixed for free! I do not recommend wearing contacts during the service, as your eyes will be closed for hours. Please wear glasses or bring a contact case.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENT: If you don't see an appointment slot that works for you, text me at (757)709-1116 and I will do my best to accommodate you (additional fee may apply).
Please arrive with clean lashes, NO mascara, NO glue, NO makeup. There is a $10 lash bath fee.
