Lash Extensions Services

Welcome! Thank you for choosing Pretty N Mink for your lash extensions services. Please read the policies below before booking as we've made some changes.

NEW CLIENTS: Select the "FREE Client Consultation" add-on when booking your 1st appointment. If a cyanoacrylate adhesive allergy is a concern, schedule a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment.

DEPOSIT: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service & the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment.

PAYMENT: Cash, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit card payments are accepted. There is a 3% transaction fee for card payments. Cash app/Venmo is not accepted.

LATE FEE: There's a $20 late fee after 10 minutes. Your appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes.

RESCHEDULE | CANCELLATION: Cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the next appointment (changes can be made through confirmation email). Notify me asap for same day changes. "No call, no shows" will be banned.

FILL INS: You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions intact on both eyes for a fill in. Fill ins must be booked every 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks you will be charged for a full set. No foreign fills (you must book a removal + new set).

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENT: If you don't see an appointment that works for you, text (757)709-1116 and I will do my best to accommodate you (additional fee may apply).

SERVICE POLICIES: No guests, pets, nor children are allowed. No refunds. You have 48 hours to report an issue and it will be fixed for free! Contact lenses are not recommended during the appointment. Wear glasses or bring a case for removal.

Please arrive with oil-free skin, clean lashes, NO mascara, NO glue, NO makeup. There is a $10 lash bath fee.
